Trainers

Coach Stella Adkins grew up in New York City and lettered in basketball, football and track in high school. She graduated from Stony Brook University with a degree in applied math. Stella went on to play professional basketball for the Harlem Globetrotters. She is a ABC certified personal trainer who brings her passion for sports and coaching to the F7.
